In this piece, I tried to incorporate different ideas of escapism. Towards the top, you can see characters eating, listening to music, enjoying hobbies; escaping from reality by doing things one enjoys. Towards the bottom of the piece, you can see creatures running away or chasing others, something like a food chain; more of a literal meaning of escapism. Overall I wanted to make this piece chaotic, representing the chaos going on in the world right now.
